Assembly Required for my opinion
They got the job done, but you can't just grab one out of the bag and use it. The two pieces that make up each clip do not come put together. You have dig through the bag or dump the contents to find they smaller inner pieces. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying to have to assemble 40 clips. Also, they are not the best quality. I wouldn't expect to be able to remove and reuse these.
