If you are repairing your phone or replacing your computer screen, this is what you need. This will prevent your electronics from being discharged by static energy that builds up. What I like about it is that it is well organized and is more than just an anti-static card. It's also a great organizer. There is a place to put all your bits and tools. There is also space for all the small items and parts that you take out of your electronic device. This is great for phones. This also works for squats if you have a smaller one. If you have a large laptop (more than 15 inches), I would go for a larger mat. This won't cover a large workspace, but is great for electronics. "Free Gift" is part of what makes this product great. This makes it easy for you to ground this mat and you can ground yourself. This is the part that protects your electronics from static electricity. I've had other anti-static mats before and I have to say this is my favorite.
