On my first ride after installing these petals, the orange aluminum cap on the end of the petals came loose and fell off. Without that detail, the Petal's platform immediately slides off the bike. This makes them very difficult to use and I have considered buying new petals even though they are almost new to me. If replacement parts were easier to get, or if there were instructions in the box telling me to tighten those aluminum caps, I wouldn't be stuck with a nearly useless petal. I put the petals on my bike as they came in the box and make sure for future buyers that you tighten those orange caps on the ends.
