update: the guy installed it correctly so i know this item is cheap but every time i see it i hate it him. First I tried to keep a sponge and brush in my kitchen sink (stainless steel). did not stay where it was placed, continued to slide down the bowl wall, and detached from the bowl wall. The items inside were light - a very light plastic brush and a normal sized kitchen sponge. I gave up and put her in the shower thinking she might work on tiles. nope He did the same - rolled down the wall and collapsed on the floor. What was that? razor and toothbrush. Literally no weight and he still couldn't hold still. Now he's sitting on the floor in the shower. I don't want to give it away as it will lead to disappointment. but I don't want to throw it away and add it to our landfills. Someone, for God's sake, tell me how to use this item. Please turn my frown upside down! If I find a working use for it, I'll change my review. So far the item has 1 star because it doesn't work as described.
