I wanted to make sure I give this guy a good look before I write a review. I cooked lamb shanks, chicken, steak and anything I could think of. No problem. The only thing I didn't like was the steak. This was not KitchenBoss' fault. Tonight, on St. Patrick's Day, I put it to the ultimate test. Decided to try the beef. Corned beef, which I used to cook, was always tough, chewy, and flavorless, but I've cooked it every year. This time I cut the corned beef in two. Place each piece in a bag with some marinating spices and beer and seal the bags. Then there was a rehearsal. I set it to 145Β° and the time to 48 hours. Then I got a terrible error message. So I set it to 12 hours and got the error again. I was angry. Eventually I realized that the water level was wrong. I understood correctly, between the minimum and maximum mark, and everything was fine. When I pulled it out and sliced it tonight, it was the best corned beef I've ever made, restaurant quality. 5 stars!
