I have trouble reaching kitchen cabinets and knee problems make it impossible for me to stand on other step stools because the first step is usually too high or not stable enough. It's just the right height and I can easily stand on a stool while leaning against the kitchen counter. I was a bit hesitant to pay a higher price for this stool but I'm glad I did, it's worth it. The stool is very well made, it is very durable and practically non-slip due to the additional elements on the top. I love that I can just fold it up and put it away when I don't need it.
