First of all, this thermometer is pretty damn accurate. Holds up well to the abuse I've put it through. I use it on the grill 4-5 times a week and my girlfriend uses it a lot more. Orange backlight and black numbers are easy to read. It quickly registers the temperature. It's amazing. Excellent quality. Easy to clean. The good thing about the rubber tip is that it won't prick you if you're drunk and showing it off to your buddies. Very durable and well built. Ergonomics and rubberized lining ensure a good grip or placement every time. I mean, look how amazing those damn pork chops look. These two birds are heavenly. And needless to say, the steak. Perfect meat always, always.
