Review on Fissman Kitchen Knife Acrylic Utility by Tammy Pochmara

I saw some cooking videos on YouTube where the chef uses Fissman knives and was impressed so I decided to check them out at Revain. It doesn't seem expensive and the reviews are good. But I decided to buy an even cheaper set of three Fissman knives with this shiny Lucite holder. I should have known better as the set only had 2 ratings (both 5 stars) but no written reviews. The package appears to have already been opened and repackaged. The chef's knife seemed sharp, but the utility knife and paring knife were definitely not sharp. Probably worse than the old ones they will replace. So back to Revain and this is where I start looking for new knives again.
