I decided to save money and reduce my monthly acrylic pour and gel cost of $200 and bought an LED, some gel colors and this base. and top cover kit. Overall I give it a 4 and give it one star because the matte top coat lifts off the cuticles easily and makes the nail polish appear discolored. They just look ugly after a few days. I tried different colors twice, the result is the same. However, I'm happy with the base and the glossy top coat, so I'm giving it 4 stars overall.
