Unsuccessful in two days in building materials
I glued the tape according to the instructions. I have a 5 year old Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix and he ripped the tape off in half a day. We tear it off the wooden parts and remove the top layer of polyethylene from the tree. Not recommended for hyperactive dogs. This can protect against accidental scratches, and careful removal will not damage the pieces of wood. Now I have to sand down the whole door frame and repaint it.
