Got the wrong knife: cutlery & knife accessories
I have to reconsider my last review. However, I got the wrong knife πͺ BUT. I LOVE IT. I've been using it for a little over a month and it's the sharpest knife in the butcher shop, after sharpening it a few times it's all broken and sharp as a razer blade. I apologize for my last review as I was an inexperienced butcher who had known my stuff for more than 3 months. I will buy more of these in different sizes, the only downside is not. Meat grade NFS safe metal but as sharp as possible
