I like that it is an integrated solution with our CRM system, so we can pull up any customer record at anytime to find their contact information or other details about them from anywhere in Salesforce! The interface could be more intuitively designed - sometimes navigating between screens takes some practice before you get used too well how everything works together (and what each button does). Also there are times when searching through results doesn't always work as expected either by using quotes around search terms incorrectly etc., but these issues have been resolved over time since this was first released back then they were still working out kinks of new features/functionality being added into product which improved overall experience once implemented. We use BloX mainly because its easy integration within SFDC where customers data lives; however if not already done would likely consider moving away towards something else such has Google Apps Directory.
