Review on Demon Snow Flexmeter Wrist Guard by Efraine Cruise

A useless attempt to monetize a trauma surgeon's splint (what a joke)! The fit is poor at best and does not fit and may not accommodate all of the various hand/wrist/forearm anatomical combinations. This is a bulky tire that doesn't fit well with ski/snowboard gloves (even with larger gloves (bigger) to allow for extra room). Obviously due to the design you cannot and should not wear it over ski/snowboard gloves/mittens and it defeats the purpose of hoop/protection. The extra part of the palm is attached with Velcro, but the designer placed the rougher side of the Velcro on the palm. It's not that smart because it also makes it more difficult to slip the gloves over the rail/guard without the inner gloves sticking to that area! Nowhere near I would go to this so-called trauma surgeon for medical help as the design isn't very well thought out! In terms of injury prevention, I'm sure it will likely reduce wrist injuries since these wrist splints existed decades before this version. However, splints are designed to immobilize, with the caveat that they also create stress points and other areas that are more prone to injury if misused.
