I really like this product in general. However, the "instructions" only contain information on how to use the crank charge and the solar charge. There are no instructions on using the outlet to charge, although a USB cable is included. I have the right adapter to connect it to. I left it plugged in for at least 36 hours and the red light never went out. In addition, both crank charging and solar charging require the device to be turned off before charging. If the indicator is red and the device needs to be charged, how do you know if it's on or off? I would like to give this item 5 stars, but if I can't charge it I can't use it, so what's the point? Please fill in the missing information.
