The monitor looks really big and big. It's true that you can't rotate it much, but it's not really necessary for most people. Nice and bright with very little difference in the color of the picture you are sitting on. I was imagining a good monitor, but this monitor beat my exception by a mile. No misplaced pixels, no dead pixels, graphics look clean and crisp, the LED is bright enough to dim down to 55. I have DVI for a Windows 7 computer and the font looks great, but I also set it up via HDMI on an OS X MacMini and it looks even more crisp when it comes to fonts. You won't have any trouble loving this monitor, but be aware that it's big and you might be wondering at first if you really need something that big and if you could go with the 24-inch version. I can say without a doubt that the 24 inch extra size, good as it is, will not disappoint. The base is solid and easy to set up, but unless you have a good solid table it will wobble a little when you shake it. table, but it will only be a little, and it will not fall. It makes sense considering how thin it is. HP wins in my eyes when it comes to this monitor. Games look good with rich colors, movies look really good and blacks look good using the Blu-Ray I'm playing on. personal computer
