The customer support team is amazing! I had an issue with my account that was being transferred to another person who could not resolve it in time for me (I believe because of some holiday they were having). So instead he just deactivated mine without warning or explanation as if this wasn't something we discussed at length beforehand - which meant no access/support from them until after Christmas when i finally got through their helpdesk queue system only too learn about what happened via email correspondence between myself and one other colleague's inboxes during said period. Their dashboard has so many features you can create your own custom reports but there isn’t any way to export these into excel format unless manually entering each individual table by adding dates etc.. There aren;t enough options available within fy where someone like yourself would be able filter out certain information.
