Unlock slot on outside doesn’t work
Was happy with the handle when first installed. After a couple weeks we had a child lock and shut the door from the outside, and discovered the unlock slot on the outside did not work. We had to pry the door open to get back into the room. Didn’t save the box so we can’t return.
