It has helped us with our job prospecting process by allowing me to keep track of all my leads, contacts, clients etc in one place so that I am always up-to date! We can also set reminders about upcoming meetings/appointments which is great when you're busy as we have lots going on at any given time.

The UI could be improved but this isn't really something that they are able or willing to change - it's an issue with their product rather than just mine (which would make sense). They do offer upgrades if needed however there aren’t many benefits other then being able to use more features without having too much added cost attached to them. Tracking your business and keeping everything organised within one system makes life easier for both myself & colleagues who work closely together.
