This is a fairly small and affordable HD webcam with a glass lens and auto focus. to the USB-C adapter to connect it. Although a protective cap is not included, I have added a small self-adhesive lens cap for a very small additional cost. The definition I get is very dependent on the lighting, but overall my skin tone is too reddish to be perfect. And I'm not sure if this 2 megapixel lens can produce really good 1080p HD. A direct comparison with the Mac's built-in 720p camera showed that the Mac's color balance was better and the resolution was on par with the HD quality claimed by this camera. Nonetheless, it's a good camera and a very good deal at this price point.
