Sockets don't work right out of the box

For some reason, when I first got it and turned it on, Fam starts up, then it flashes red 1 time and both sockets don't work. I don't understand what's wrong so I've used it on multiple ports across 4 different machines and it's the same. There is no power at all in the sockets, but USB works.

Pros
