It’s easy to use and very effective. I am able to track and document an incident as it unfolds. The timeline feature makes it easy for me to keep up with activity. I had been looking for something like this when we first started using Clearance. I also really appreciate the fact that they are always improving the product. There are not many companies that continue to invest in their products because they know they have a long-term relationship with their customers. We used this software for over 2 years before we switched to another product. They have continued to improve upon their product and offer great support.
