Great software with fantastic support

It’s easy to use and very effective. I am able to track and document an incident as it unfolds. The timeline feature makes it easy for me to keep up with activity. I had been looking for something like this when we first started using Clearance. I also really appreciate the fact that they are always improving the product. There are not many companies that continue to invest in their products because they know they have a long-term relationship with their customers. We used this software for…

  • Intuitive design, ease is key! Nothing complicated or harded just straight forward
  • Easy deployment/administration (no more having multiple separate databases) so much easier now compared then last project i worked.(SQL DBMS were too complex back them)
  • Highly integrated solution across all levels from security control &

Genetec Is Great For Making Criminal Reports

The best thing about this software has been how easy it makes reporting crimes! I really like everything about using genect including being able to access from anywhere with just an internet connection. Sometimes it does crash but other than that It works beautifully- especially if there are multiple investigators working in different locations at once. We can also track information through our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) section for each case as well! Reporting tips would be great…

Genetec is Great for Digital Evidence

The best thing about Genetec is that it is a one stop shop for all of your digital evidence needs. I love that I can search for a file and it will pull up all of the related digital evidence. I dislike that it is not user friendly for the average user. It is difficult to navigate and finding files can be a challenge, especially if you are not familiar with the system. I highly recommend this to any agency that has digital evidence needs. Genetec is a great asset to our agency. It has allowed…
