Review on Genetec Clearance by Dana Mahendra

The best thing about this software has been how easy it makes reporting crimes! I really like everything about using genect including being able to access from anywhere with just an internet connection. Sometimes it does crash but other than that It works beautifully- especially if there are multiple investigators working in different locations at once. We can also track information through our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) section for each case as well! Reporting tips would be great too!! Nothing specific about getting reports made by people who work outside of your area. If anyone needs assistance finding something or someone they need for their report write up then contact one of my colleagues we could not find what i was looking for myself so called them and they did the same thing! I like that the system is easy to use and navigate. It is very intuitive and the system is very user friendly. I dislike that there is not a mobile app for the system. I would also like to be able to print reports and have them be searchable. I would like to be able to search the system by name and date. It is very easy to use and navigate. I am able to search the system and find the information I need quickly.
