I wish I could approve of this machine, I've had it for two years and it's been nothing but trouble. The nebulizer on the handset will flash continuously to stop spraying. Be prepared to pour water and cleaning liquid directly onto the stain. If you can see how little liquid gets into the collection container, you will know how much soap is left in your carpet. After that, I usually do two rinses with water. Attempting to get around the machine doesn't work as advertised. The company even sent me a new hand tool when it broke within the first few months and this tool also became unusable.
