Cheap, cracked, deformed, broken and not a direct replacement.
Item arrived deformed, they replaced another deformed item. The shower head looked like it had been smashed. The replacement was also hacked. And the hose connector broke. It's also not an exact replacement. The holes didn't even match. The shower head is made of plastic parts as the original part was metal. Don't hesitate to order from this company. This is not a direct factory replacement.
