. I was a bit concerned about some hidden micro pre-programming requirements or initialization, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it up and running right out of the box. I had to use the right pins to enable the output and that's fine. I'll give you a recommendation: this isn't meant to send a lot of data. It takes time to get our characters and you can't submit data very quickly. If you're using a terminal emulator, characters will be discarded if you try to mix them up. This is good for my project as I expected, but not so good when you want to delete 256 characters and hope to delete them at 115200 and move on. I recommend this for long distances with low data requirements.
