The ability to remotely monitor network devices from anywhere in our organization is very helpful when we are out of town or if there's an emergency situation where someone needs help immediately but couldn't be reached by phone at work! We're also able to check logs as needed rather than having them stored locally.

It would have been nice had it supported more languages other then English (or even better, multiple language support). I'd recommend this product over others because you can use mobile apps without needing extra software such as VPNs which many companies will charge their employees additional fees just so they aren’t paying any money themselves :) Great solution while away! Remote monitoring has saved us several times throughout my career thus far with issues that arise during emergencies etcetera. As well being accessible outside normal business hours helps tremendously too since not everyone works "normal" 9 - 5 schedules anymore ;).
