Wow! I am impressed. It is lightweight, easy to disassemble, clean, and cut well. There is only one tiny spot where some food is stuck and it's not easy to reach, but I was able to get it out with a toothpick. It's not good if there's raw meat in it. Hope this slicer holds up over time. I'm glad I bought it.
