Exactly what I needed!

I recently replaced a 3 year old computer in the office. I've had a dual monitor setup for years; which have always been powered by either a single dual output graphics card or two graphics cards in tandem. These cards are the result of being a hardcore gamer after dark; So they were always on top and driving those two large LCD monitors with ease. But: My gaming time is over; So I decided to build a new PC based on a motherboard with integrated video (huh?). However, I wanted to keep the dual monitor setup for desktop/business use. They're not the latest and greatest, but they're identical so they fit perfectly; and worth a penny back then. And to be honest, they still do their job like the first day! Both have a VGA connector which I thought would fit; because the new mainboard has three outputs: a VGA, a DVI and an HDMI. All I have to do is use one of the many VGA to DVI adapters I've collected over the years, right? No, that is wrong. In my hurry, I also oriented my purchase to what was on offer around Christmas 2014. And I forgot to read the fine print on the motherboard specs. It turns out that you can use both VGA and HDMI ports, as well as DVI and HDMI at the same time. but NOT VGA and DVI. Yes, I discovered this after bringing it home, assembling it and reading the UPDATED manual. Not a single DVI-VGA adapter in the world helped me. That's how I came here; and I'm glad I did! Having read all the other reviews before buying this little guy, it clearly can be used to breathe new life into 'old' monitors and devices equipped with a VGI connector; and this is the perfect solution for someone in my situation. The color is excellent and bright; and I see no difference in sharpness between my old and new settings. I highly recommend it!
