I dislike that it requires you use IE which can be very slow especially when running large reports or even small ones like comparing different carriers using their best quote feature. If your organization uses other applications outside MS office then sometimes having compatibility issues will pop up with certain features we normally utilize. It does require some knowledge about how things work behind the scenes however if there are any questions don't hesitate reaching out because they usually know what needs improvement! We have been able to generate accurate price comparisons between competing products without needing additional assistance through Excel spreadsheets by utilizing the best quote search function available online.
