My problem was solved when I switched to LED bulbs!
This solved my problem with turn signals not flashing and only staying on when I switched to LED lights. Now my turn signals are flashing like they should. And yes, they do get warm/hot, but only if you leave the turn signals on for more than 3 minutes. My Harley has turn signals that turn off automatically, so no big deal.
