The simplicity of how easy it was to get started using the application. There's nothing much to dislike about this software. It does exactly what it says on the box. The interface could be more user friendly if there were options to add multiple streams. This would make it easier to work with different applications and services when working with other teams at my company. We have been able to use this product to analyse our customer service call flows, customer satisfaction levels and even help us to improve our retention rates.
