Boils Stopped: Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements

This is the second bottle (different brand) of L-Lysine that I have bought and use. It seems to have really changed my energy levels and – which is what I originally started taking it for – I no longer had boils under my armpits. The articles I read online certainly didn't guarantee you wouldn't get boils, but they did suggest they could prevent them. So far so good (about 3 months) and I've had them intermittently. Fingers crossed and keep Lysine (1 per day)!
