Waste of money. Wish I could return
This took a full minute in my microwave to get warm, and it does not maintain heat for more than 5 mins. I don't know how they can call it moist heat, there is nothing moist about it. I had no issues with the strap being too small, mine was almost too big. Wish I could return it as it is not as advertised.
