There were issues with the fans sometimes not starting and having to be manually rotated with a finger.
With MSI B550 A-PRO motherboard. They sent me replacement fans with the same problem. The top fan runs 25% of the time and the bottom fan runs 70% of the time. Sometimes it took them a minute to start working, sometimes it didn't work at all. The workaround I found was to increase the fan speed in BIOS from default to 50% faster than default. Since then no problems. Customer support was excellent. There was almost no time to wait to talk to anyone and we fixed some bugs and 10 minutes later they sent me new fans.
