Good features but slow firmware update support.

The device has many nice features but the company is SLOWLY updating the firmware for this device. This device can manage all your access points directly, but to use this device with access points, you must revert to two previous versions of access points because this device can only manage older versions of access point firmware. Another issue is that when you blacklist a device, there is no option to add a description of the blacklisted (or whitelisted) device.
