I have a 6 liter instant pot that I thought should be replaced. I ordered them in December. They seemed to fit snugly and were fine, but when I tried to pressurize the IP they burst with an explosion and squirted liquid out of the seal everywhere! The explosive liquid was hot and would be dangerous if it spilled on anything nearby. My dogs barked and I quickly turned off the pan. When it was cool enough I removed the lid and the gasket was halfway off the lid. In order not to get distracted, I tried the black seal (I tried the clear one first) by just adding water to the pot. It also exploded at the right time. I haven't tried blue because I don't think it's safe. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I put my used one back in and the pot worked fine.
