Updated. I upgraded to 5 stars because the first gauge sent to me was not calibrated. I started a return and the company sent me another meter very quickly and without question. I love the counter but the customer service is even better. I would really like this counter if not for 3 reasons. #1. No probe care kit or storage kit is provided. You have to buy these things, and they all have to be made by Bluelabs. For the price, it should come with a small maintenance kit and an extra storage and calibration solution. #2. Sensors require careful maintenance, and if not done every few days, the readings will be too far from calibration to be useful. #3. Big. I've had this combo setup for less than 3 weeks and the ec probe hasn't read anything close to a 2.77 solution. I've cleaned it too many times using the exact procedure and cleaner as advertised and the concentration is over 300ppm. What a joke. I used to have the same meter and sensors and had similar issues, but that was a year later. I love the interface and feel of this gauge and I have friends who swear by it so I gave it another try. I was hoping that Bluelab would put everything together and start building this gauge and fix some of the reliability issues, but they didn't. I will see how their customer service is and will return the meter they sent me hoping it is defective. As soon as I get a new meter (if they send me one) I will update this review with the meter results and customer service results. I hope I can get them to 5 stars instead of 1.
