I ordered this "large" easel twice and each time received a medium one (the second replaces the first). I think some buyers don't pay attention - leave positive reviews for their medium-sized easels and pay for a large one. There's even a customer review with a photo of the box that says 'Medium'. There is a separate medium listing and the price is cheaper. Although I was not able to use the easel due to its small size, I would say that it is fairly easy to assemble without instructions as most of it is already assembled for you. The screw, rubber washer and metal washer must be unscrewed from the front vertical beam (shelf part) and then re-attached to the center support on the main frame. However, you will need to place a rubber washer between the front vertical and the main frame so you can attach the rear wing nut/bolt.
