Review on Zippo Silver HeatBank Rechargeable Warmer by Trent Kraft

I don't know what happened. I bought a cheaper model from Zippo which took about 4-5 hours (approx) and it was amazing. Being able to put out that much heat and also use it as a battery to charge my other electronics was really great for a 10 hour day in the cold. The included strap is perfect for hanging around my neck as I walk out the door. Due to the long shifts I work in industrial construction I naturally went back to get a 9+ hour model. The hand warmer ended up in Zippo's original packaging so I didn't think anything of it as I have several other Zippo products so I trust the brand. Immediately charge it fully overnight. The next day at work I noticed the battery drained for 9+ hours over 3 hours of use on one side on low heat. Another, cheaper one was hot all day, and the more expensive one sat powerless at the store for most of the day. Upon further investigation, I found that there was chipped paint on the screws holding the case together, suggesting that someone had opened the unit after a quality check at the factory. I suspect someone changed the batteries and brought it back. When I noticed screw deformation and product problems (24-hour period), I threw away the packaging and can no longer return it. This is probably one of the most expensive paper scales I've ever bought. So I give the product 5 out of 5 points, but the implementation team gets 0 points. Therefore I cannot recommend this product on this website. Weight. It's not very heavy and the outer cover is made of smooth plastic that allows paper to emerge from underneath with moderate airflow.
