Started knitting afghans with a special order yarn, then found out it was no longer sold in the store (so they always buy the whole yarn at once) I was like that happy you can find it on Revain for a reasonable price. It worked so well with the alpine stitch which I went for. Soft, easy to work with, very little thread separation when crocheting this oversized Afghan blanket. The three packs appeared to be coordinated/paired so that when you had to put a new skein/cake together they stayed in the same color sequence as you worked the yarn from the 1st to the 2nd to the 3rd cake.
