I love how simple it is to use, with no confusing menus or options that cause you to question what your doing wrong! The software guides you through every step in order for me not to have any problems when working out my final numbers (i.e., K factor). It's an easy way to be consistent across all of our equipment without having too many people involved - which also makes sure we're always getting accurate readings. Sometimes if there are multiple pieces being calibrated at once things can get confused by the program leading into some errors but usually this will only take 1-2 tries before everything works smoothly again. This has really helped us manage accuracy issues better than trying to manually calibrating each piece ourselves would've done previously.
