I bought this color after my puppy broke his other Ruffler color with the plastic snap closure. He's a German Shepherd so he's big and strong. His other color was great and easy to get on and off but one strong pull and the snap broke. I decided to try the metal closure the next time around. At first it was a bit tough to get on and off but we really don't take it on/off much anyway. I liked that factor too because it makes me feel like the color is more secure and won't slip off. He's had this for about 6 months now and we love it. Plus it has a plastic silencer if you pup has multiple dog tags.
