Fits my discontinued Chicago Electric 68886 180Amp Welder. I had to cut off about 14 inches of the liner. The insert is slightly larger in diameter than the original. However, the main power cable is too short to fit through the original hole. I unclipped the corners of the "+" sign above the terminal's red handle and slipped it in there. In general, installation is not difficult. About 30 minutes. It wasn't difficult to connect two wires to control the wire feed. It has a different nozzle than the original gun, but I like it better. They're cheaper to replace and easier to find on HFT or the web. I wanted a longer line but it cost $40 for just 2 feet more. The replacement is only a foot longer than the original, but every little bit helps. The 68886's wire feed mechanism is weak and difficult enough to tighten, but can be replaced by a third party. I put washers on mine to route them. I have two of these welders and actually use a clamp on one to properly align the wire with the drive wheels. Really a great little welder. I have purchased several items from Yes Welder and have not been disappointed. I wish you success.
