Review on Mister Max Original Scent Remover by Anton Nosrac

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This product solved a pretty big problem... and then a few smaller ones.

I just bought this because the leftover gallons I bought years ago had lost their potency. This is to continue the inevitable cat splashes that occur when they're all indoors because there's 4 feet of snow on the ground. It also had to spray up some spray-painted decorations that hung too low to the ground and were too tempting for some of our more stressed cats...this is because a few strays will be running around our pets' door for a bite to eat and so bother them entire territorial process. . A review of a previous purchase is below and so is the quart size. I didn't order with a sprayer but that's what I got. You can dilute it with up to 3 parts water, but that reduces potency, so tailor it to your needs rather than just doing it to save a few bucks. A few years ago we bought a few acres in our neighborhood and added a log cabin that housed some abandoned ferrets. The previous owner didn't keep his trays clean so the whole cabin became a tray. It was so bad that a mask and boots were required before entering the cockpit. I put on protective gear and raked out what I could; scraped it off; ran everywhere with a wire brush; and then applied this product undiluted. It needed a few uses and extra cleaning but the smell was gone leaving only a small stain that we were able to remove with a disc sander. It was a horrible process, but much better than tearing down a rather nice log home that is now a greenhouse and workshop. We use this now when our 6 cats and a couple of strays get into their inevitable pi$$$$ fights that happen much more often in the dead of winter when there's 4 feet of snow outside. This is a product I can't live without and as it contains active enzymes I'm not sure of the expiration date and am now buying it by the liter. We paid about $50 for this 2 gallon kit in June 2010 and unless you have a big problem like us I doubt you will ever need that much product and keep those little enzymes active for a long period of time will . Time.
