They will not fit factory plates
I have a 2018 F150 with factory plates installed. Like the other reviewer, these spikes don't fit. They only fit halfway before they become too tight. I think it's possible that I sand down the plastic and use a rubber mallet to install them (suggestion from other reviewers), but I feel like I don't have to. I'm debating whether to go back and spend a few bucks more on a higher rated set or use some power tools and elbow grease to get them fit.
