I like these switches. I replaced all my switches on my Polaris RZR and put these new ones in. They are easy to install. I like that they glow. I've seen some reviewers mention that they had trouble turning the switch off when lowering the switch cover. I don't have this problem at all. My switches go off immediately when I lower the lid. Other reviewers may not have installed them correctly. The derailleur has inside and outside adjustments, and others may have set them too far.
