I have several Pyle in-wall speakers and they sound fantastic, but this sub, I'm tired of buying it because, well, an in-wall sub. How good can it sound right? Well this one in particular, I've had it for about 4 months now and finally hooked it up. I ordered an 80w subwoofer to pump this 350w subwoofer. It all started well until I tried to line it up with the existing speakers (too quiet) when I got a decent mix between the mids and the subwoofer, well the subwoofer started shaking and rattling like it was already in the Blown up, but it's not blown up - It's just plastic casing around the speaker, and it doesn't help that the magnet is dangling under the plastic. I know a little about speakers and I'm pretty sure the magnet shouldn't be dangling. So now I have a hole in the wall where I want the subwoofer but it's too late to return it even though I've had my first day. live and learn I still love their products because I bet if I could return them for a new one it would probably be fine. Maybe just defective. who knows
