I'm a super sweater. When I train for a long time in the sweltering heat, I look like I jumped in the pool in all my clothes. I was hospitalized several times because of this. I had to learn how to overhydrate with Pedialyte, ORS, Brine Juice, Gatorade, etc. I had to develop a system that would be pre-hydration, intra-workout hydration, and post-workout recovery. I've learned that it's not just water and electrolytes, it's also fuel. When you run out of fuel and water, bad things happen. I tried this product and it really improved my game. It doesn't really have a taste, but I'm used to forcing myself to drink something that doesn't taste good. I put it in a shaker with some crushed ice and water. Mixing takes a little time. I don't want to sound dramatic, but for me this is a game changer. I drink it before and after and the next day I'm straight. No more cramps or blockages in the body. It also helps your brain function better in extreme heat.
