Right out of the box, this company tried to buy me a good review with the false promise of a $5 Revain card. This process could not be completed and this camera also failed in everything. I first tried using it on my PC to join a Zoom meeting with friends. Nothing! It is registered in Windows Device Manager as an audio and video device. But when it comes to work, it's as good as a stump. So I installed Easy Video Maker for another try. This software can also see the device as hardware, but cannot make it do anything. Complete garbage!
